Our Projects / Experience

  • CORE CONSULT serves as the appointed local management consultant for HILL International, a leading global construction consultancy, on a major Kuwaiti project: the Design, Build, Equip, and Operational Maintenance of the new Health Assurance Hospitals Company (HAHC). This development comprises two strategically located hospitals in Kuwait’s Ahmadi and Jahra regions, with a construction value of 162 million Kuwaiti Dinars.
  • CORE CONSULT currently manages all projects under the Security Decisions Follow-up Committee (SDFC), reporting to the Council of Ministers.
  • CORE CONSULT’s Managing Partner brings over 40 years of cross-sector experience, having led critical national projects such as the Kuwait University Building Program, master planning for Failaka and Bobyan Islands (MPW), construction of the Ardhiya Campus for PAAET, and program management for multiple Ministry of Health hospitals.
  • CORE BIM Consultancy personnel have managed and overseen projects both within and outside Kuwait, including the 20-million-KD Wafra Housing Complex.

HEALTH ASSURANCE HOSPITAL

CORE CONSULT, in partnership with Hill International, provides Project Management Consulting (PMC) for the new Health Assurance Hospitals Company (HAHC) in Kuwait. The project involves designing, building, equipping, and maintaining two 300-bed hospitals in Ahmadi and Jahra. Each campus includes a main hospital, staff accommodations, and parking, delivering comprehensive emergency, critical care, diagnostic, treatment, and outpatient specialty services.

Security Decisions Follow-up Committee (SDFC)

  • CORE CONSULT has signed a framework agreement with the Security Decisions Follow-up Committee (SDFC) to manage all their future projects as their official representative and consultant. Our scope covers full technical assistance, time and cost control, and quality control services.
  • The first project awarded to CORE CONSULT was managing the design-build construction of a fuel station at the SDFC main camp, designed and constructed in full compliance with Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) requirements.
  • The second project assigned to CORE CONSULT involves managing Ministry of Interior projects through the SDFC. These include, but are not limited to:
  1. Expansion and development of existing facilities.
  2. Construction of new facilities.
  3. Development of required security systems.
